So, on my way into work this morning, this fella was outside the FT handing out this document to everyone passing. Not sure if he's a nutjob or not but pretty intent on getting his point across!
Hope you can see the attachment (its quite small below called persecution)?

I genuinely don't know what to make of it. Hes gone to the trouble of typing it all up but its so far fetched - but then I can't help thinking why would he make it up?

Deeply paranoid . This seems like a case of a well know psychological condition whose name I can't remember without googling it. Sad but merely a mental disorder that needs treating.
I remember my psychology tutor describing such a case where the bloke thought the FBI were after him. He thought he had proof by reading newspaper articles in odd ways (every forth word kind of stuff).
edit, it might be Shizoaffective Disorder, but that doesn't ring any bells.

All seemed perfectly reasonable until I got to this bit "Developed a multifactor cross-currency LIBOR market model ... implemented advanced analytics using Excel and VBA". What sane person would use VBA for any serious app, much less one requiring a degree of numerical accuracy and reliability? Seriously bonkers
