I honestly prefered MW. I get really tired of twitch gaming and endless corridors and MW2 just felt like being funnelled from one Quicktime event to another set piece. Mind you I was the only person who thought that the plot of MW was an overblown pile of shit not some seminal heartstring tugger. So old, so cynical...

The MW series is a lot better but it's because it's made by different developers. The storylines in general are better etc. I got bored of MW2 though and I thought that they sold out as such after the success of COD4. I'm looking forward to this one but not expecting it to be as good in terms of the story mode and possibly at time the multiplayer. That said the multiplayer on COD WAW was pretty good and this one looks even better. Midnight release at Asda btw for £36.97.....

I assume that it is too late to pre-order it now and get it delivered tomorow.

Or is there anywhere that will do this?

Too late. Maybe try Amazon but I doubt you'll be able to get it for tomorrow as it's already a bit late to ship it. If I were you i'd brave the midnight queues. I'll be doing the same.

asda will be cheapest out right at 36.97
many places have trade in prices, with blockbuster offering it for 99p with 2 selected titles traded in.
sainsbury's price will be £27 but you have to spend £30 in store first

I saw this earlier. I'm imagining 2 overweight gamer-stereotypes plodding around with real guns and smiling to myself.

Tesco's looks best value at £25 when bought with £20 on a PSN/XBox live/2100 MS points voucher.

I've decided I'm never bothering with midnight queueing again after the FIFA 11 Asda fiasco. SO I ordered off Amazon with feee super saver delivery. It'll be here when its here.

Who knows, the deal isn't as good as the Asda £28 for Fifa 11 deal. That night Tesco was empty-ish!
