I can't take diclofenac, it kills my insides. Doctor has prescribed me with something else which hasn't helped my back thus far. I have been up the hospital for x rays though so I should find out if I'm doing a Barry Corr or not soon.

Be careful- i have used voltarol and it can lead you into a false sense of security- just papers over the cracks. Treats symptoms but not the root cause.

I found a McTimoney chiropractor and that has worked wonders for me, done more good than any conventional treatments, including traction. But everyone is different.

I know you are Dr Quinn Medicine Woman  really Jim Dale out of Carry on Doctor Dan but all diclofenic did was give me severe gut rot and indigestion.

Voltorol, on the other hand doesn't, therefore it is the KING of all pain killing drugs.

I cant feel my bad back

come to mention it, I cant feel fuck all, full stop

I think this is a problem across the board JJ. Drugs just aren't as good as they used to be  Smiley

I've been taking Diclofenac on and off for about 12-18 months for knee and leg problems. Seems to work nicely, but was advised by physiotherapist to try and do without because they can cause stomach ulcers. So, I hobble round like an old man and only take them when the pain gets too bad or when I need to walk distances or play cricket.
