Oh christ, Cook caught on 99 but referring...not sure whether it was actually given but both sides would refer...

Oh it's another low catch fiasco, looks like a bounced ball! Get in! I bet Ponting's broken a few more fingers punching a wall.

Good sportsmanship from the Aussies as usual. Well done Cook for staying put.

Another ton for the Chef. I think I and many others have proved why we're not selectors by spending most of the last year calling for him to go.

I like Collingwood and have always been a fan of his but over the past year his batting does seem to be in some decline.  The selectors will probably start the Sri Lanka Test series in May with giving Eoin Morgan a chance at number 5.

I also have to mention that I actually enjoyed listening to Ian Botham last night on Sky, mainly because he was slagging the Aussies off for anything and everything.

Hopefully bat for another session in the morning with Prior, Bresnan and Swann getting quick runs and then get bowling and stuck into them.

Another great day for England and the Aussies seem to be really losing it mentally now, with the not applauding Cook thing when he was given not out twice correctly, once having only been given out as the Aussies were cheating, and then again with the Bell thing later on which was touch and go, probably should have stayed with the Umpire's decision but it was hardly a howler.

It'd be fair to say that they're not taking this well.

Too easy for us now. On a seperate note I really would like to praise Cook. He's proved a lot of people wrong in this series and shown that he can bat at this level and make big scores. He's had an incredible series it has to be said. Didn't realise he's got over 5,000 test runs now as well. He's still got a fair few years ahead of him. Kudos to Ian Bell as well, again many have doubting him in the past but he's shown what he can do in this series as well.

Can some one tell me....Cook scored 189...does this count in his stats as only a ton.....or does it go down in the book as a ton...and a fifty?
