Wilson: Inconsistency is down to inexperience

DANNY Wilson believes Town’s current inconsistent nature is a result of their youthful squad.

I think its part true, coupled with us as a team not coping with certain styles  the opposition play.

if it is true then are we happy to continue as is and let the youth develop, or are we looking to bring in a couple of older heads?

I actually think he has a fair point. A fair proportion of our strongest 15 are between 19 and 23. Ferry, Austin, Caddis, Morrisson, Cuthbert, Richie, Sheehan spring to mind. Although as I'm typing I'm thinking it's our older squad members who are the most inconsistent. So I'm not sure myself now...

To be honest though we have replaced Paynter and Greer with 2 players who are of simalar agae and have played more league games.

We do have alot of young players. They managed the consistence last season though. As has been said, seemingly a different formation and personnel every week isnt helping either.
