I know.

Ross mclaren makes me smile

Was known in our house as Mr Blobby.

This was at the time when the Town's MOTM was sponsored by the Biplop Tandoori, and the winner got free meals.
Rumour at the time was that Ross used to acquire the prize after every game & fill himself with curry on a regular basis.

Ah, those were the days when footballers used to eat curry & get pissed on a Saturdsy night just like the rest of us Smiley

"Now in Fiorentina I must make everyone understand my worth. I'm very ambitious and optimistic"

So when they've had a good win, do they dance in the streets of Fiorentina? A bit like dancing in the streets of Raith? Hmmm

I remember him scoring a blinder at Birmingham one night from about 40 yds. Think it was the season before the 6-4.

I was in there that night too, and funnily enough I was talking about those games today.
If I recall correctly it was (and probably always will be) the longest league cup tie ever.

The thing I remember most was swearing at the radio in the car after the first away game when they had the toss to decide the venue for the second replay & we lost meaning that we had to go back up to Bolton the following week.

Remind me of one of my all time favourite players Faustino Hernán "Tino" Asprilla Hinestroza never seen anyone come close to that lazy lolloping style he had with a magical touch.

I love the fact that Wiki now has his location unknown but he's rumoured to be on the books of Slovenian side NK Bravo.
