FL have rights to all footage shot within grounds during matches. That's why there's bloody big notices on all grounds saying you're not allowed to take pictures. Which, clearly, no-one takes any notice of. I'd guess you've caught their attention because you posted it on YouTube and so are "rivalling" their own highlights deals (e.g. XXXWorld is arranged centrally through the FL)

Because The Football League Limited own the broadcasting rights to all Football League games.

"rivalling"

In the broadest possible sense.

Submit a counter notification. There are millions of videos on youtube from people inside the ground videoing the games etc. The whole of the TEF won't let Crispy go to jail! Well most of us wont  Smiley

Because you don't have the rights to record and publically "broacast" (via youtube) football league games.

It may seem like a different thing, but imagine if ITV thought "sod it, we'll just put a football league show on too". BBC wouldn't be best pleased.

Well its part of the same law even though it is indeed petty and won't make the slightest difference to the copyright holder in the long term.

Hell, you aren't even allowed to publish the fixture lists publically without paying the fees!

Given the piss-poor effort they made last time they had the highlights rights, I think you've just summarised entirely the whole of the creative process that went into putting that together

So, if i recorded the floor and only had the singing for example that would be okay since there isn't any of the match in the video?

Which part of all footage shot inside the ground are we struggling with exactly?

Perhaps 'footage' should be 'metreage' these days  ?

The part that says 'football league games' not 'football league stairs'

Fuck em, there will be Torquay videos on tonight.

I thought that was your usual approach.

Have ITV ever done anything well when broadcsting sport? I suppose F1 was OK, but they came up with a plan to ruin that by putting in adverts at the wrong time.

Neither of which phrases appears in pauld's post, or your notice from youtube. Are you really this thick, or is it a very good act ?
