Happy with that. Thought he looked a good player but never really got a run in the side when he was here last season.
Hopefully means Ball can now be used as a striker as well, as he clearly wasn't happy/good playing out wide.

He didn't want to be here IIRC previously.
Thought it was more a case of him preferring to be playing in the Championship rather than League One, which is fair enough. Though it probably didn't help him not getting a start here. Wilson always seems to get him man though, wonder if we'll be signing him permanently in January. |

Assume it must be a loan with a view to sale in Jan. Over the summer they were talking about him as the kind of young player they need to build a team round and it's not like they're overflowing with players since then.
