SWINDON Town are starting to answer their detractors in each and every area of the pitch, according to centre-back Sean Morrison.

Marshall is shit ain't he. Same old repetitive shite and the journalism school he went to must of been paid for with tokens from cornflake boxes.

Nothing has moved on from last season and you can spot the trend. Whoever he interviews on the Saturday gets dragged through the Adver til about the Wednesday. Then it's probably press day when he can then start dragging others through.

And why is it the same people he talks to?

It's not Marshall's fault he's covering a dull middle of the road league one side is it. What do you expect every day?

If that's his attitude get someone in who can make something interesting and informative for those who want to read it and follow the club. That's the challenge that he was given and he has to produce to keep people interested. It does sound like the players don't want him around or can't be bothered with him most of the time hence the same people being dragged along week after week.

To be fair, Marshall is probably someone that only took an interest in football in the last 6 years. Hardly a surprise he's got the same attitude as Dave.

I could do better from Thailand.

Off the top of my head straight away he could do a player profile every 2 weeks. That would take us throughout the year with a different player each time. A professional should strive to do better, he'll never advance to the bigger publications otherwise.

That sounds all a bit harsh, especially seeing as it isn't Marshall's name on the article!

I missed the name thing.

It doesn't change the fact that Marshall's articles are quite uninspiring though.

Yeah, but he's on holiday?

And have you ever thought that it's the same players a lot of the time because only a few of them enjoy staying behind after training to speak to the press? Most want to get back to their families or the first tee. It's not like he goes in there and says "I'll speak to Lucas again this week I think". He gets whoever the press guys can persuade to go to the press call.
