Town target Gow

ALAN Gow could become the latest County Ground addition after holding talks about a move to Swindon.

Ah!  My eyes!  Shit I knew I shouldn't have read the comments at the bottom.

Wilson has apparently lost it

He is passed his sell by date

He is unaware there are problems in defence so he should be sacked.

Fitton needs to act now before its too late

Why do I torture myself by looking at what these retards say?

Gow can what on either wing?

Another player who MIGHT have ability....would prefer a player who has proven ability, even if that costs a bit more.
Some good players at our club but also to many that MIGHT one day blossom.

Definitely a good calibre of player. I remember him doing well for Falkirk i think, which won him a move to Rangers. Hasn't really made headlines since, although has been at some good clubs (Norwich, Plymouth).

More an attacking midfielder than an out-and-out striker in my eyes.

There must be something about him given the clubs that he's been at and he also turned down
a move to Wolves 2 yrs ago.Grayson who was then at Blackpool, took him from Rangers.Sturrock
took him to Plymouth and it was only because he had a falling out with Mariner, that he was released.

I suspect that if he signs Leefer, we will be paying him a lot of money. If the rumour about the 5k wage cap is true (and it sounds feasible to me) then he is certainly going to be towards the upper end of it. He did well enough in the SPL for Rangers to take a punt on him so I reckon that's as proven as we're going to get really.

Bangkok....i dont,Wilson dosn't.....maybe even Mr Gow dosn't know!
That was the point of my observation Red...........................................i want a few players here ware we DO know...to many Pericards and OBriens here on good money who MIGHT one day be ok...well i would rather he pay a tad more on proven ability.....at least on a player who is consistant.
Its not a gripe at thee club..its my opinion.

I remember seeing some match from Sweatie land, possibly Falkirk and Gow looking quite handy, thought at the time, a name to look out for, but it was a while back and he's not really done much since.  Tall leggy midfielder, who could run with the ball....

I find it appalling that we haven't put in a bid for Messi yet.

Fitton out.
