I for one am quite happy with the pairing of Scotty and Lecs, individually they are good centre backs. It could be said that the whole team is yet to gel let alone the centre half pairing, I think we'll be fine (even in defence).

Im not bringing the big i am at all, think you are more so to be fair, "My view is worth more than yours" ...  and little scroat? Im far from little. And you havent slagged him off, so what would you class saying he isnt good enough and saying "he's been a liability from day one and continues to be so." is then mr. magicroundabout? I think Danny recognised that the defence needed strengthening, and that's what he's going to try and do. Basic errors are costing us, and he knows that. Matt Taylor from Exeter would be a great signing, his contracts up next summer. Might cost a bit

But you've just done exactly what you've said there as well! Anyway, back on topic. I'd consider dropping Cuthbert at the moment. Don't know why but he's made a few silly mistakes from what I've seen, guilty of ball watching on several occasions. Rose seems to be the weak link in the back line mind. |

Brighton were looking for one so they went out and bought one. We bloody had one. Its like the striker issue of last season. Its been an issue for months so why haven't we sorted it out yet? If the type and quality of player we are after was available on a free, then other clubs would have gone down this route. Its likely we may have to spend more money that we bought in to find a replacement. |
