This is quoted in one way or another in most companies annual accounts. These accuonts then go on to list exactly how much these employees cost the company. It also then goes on to talk abuot product streams and physical assets but bugger all abuot the value the employees bring to the company. For companies like Nokia their overall value is way in excess of the value of the physical assets. The rest of it is intangibles, things you can't see like patents, innovation - all due to employees.
