Just bought this from Asda 2 days ago, played it for an hour or so and realised its not for me. Can i take it back, even though its out of its cellophane wrappping?

I have the reciept and would prefer the cash rather than an exchange.

If you don't like it then you don't have an automatic right of refund - you depend on the shop's good will (unless it's bought online).  Asda will be within their rights to refuse, but it's more than likely that they won't especially if you offer to exchange.

Edit: As MichaelPook says above your best best is to say it doesn't work, but that doesn't automatically mean you'll get your money back.

as above. i believe you're stuck with it unless Asda are kind. but cos it's been opened i doubt they will be.

if you ordered it online you have 7 days to return it under the DSR .

Is it on PS3? How much do you want for it?

I was hoping someone would make the Tiger Woods game they played on South Park. For a fake game it was excellent.

I took it back and said it was faulty. They would only exchange like for like but luckily for me they had ran out of TW11 so I got £40 vouchers for it. Pays for a few dinners I suppose Smiley
