The songs i knew were good... musically impressive, and a good voice on the singer. Excellent version of "All Day and All of the Night", which was my personal highlight of the set. I don't really know much of the Strangler's apart from the obvious 'hits', but they kept my concentration and kept me entertained for the full hour, so i'd say it was a sound job.
Nice !

Muse rocked Glastonbury, no doubt about it! 100,000+ jumping up and down like nutters whilst giving it large with an air guitar can't be wrong. Some funny tablets and odd tasting powders could explain some of it tho

I fucking hate them, awful.
They sound fine, until that guy starts singing.
They butchered Feeling Good and it sounds like he's having an asthma attack with those annoyingly loud exhales.

I think they're fucking awful too. I fucking love Nina Simone and anyone who manages to ruin an amazing song that badly should be killed. (When I eventually lose the ability to control my desire to murder, they're top of the ever growing list.)

Like a few of their songs, but on the whole I find them a but meh and annoying.

And what the fuck is this?

Should be a crime to cover The Smiths, no one Ive heard try to has pulled it off. Just stop.

It's a great cover. Also, the cover of feeling good is superb, better than the original.

If you don't think that's a good cover, there's something wrong with your ears. I think it is one of the best cover versions ever.

To cover a song from a completely different genre and make it sound so perfect, to the point that no other version sounds quite right in comparison is incredibly rare. I would've though that even people who don't like Muse would appreciate they did an amazing job. The Nina Simone version is not the original anyway - this is and it's no way near as good as Muse's version.

Saying Muse butchered that is like saying Hendrix butchered all along the watchtower

Had a corker.  Weather was superb but in some respects it was too hot, which made coping with hangovers from the night before a real challenge.  Waking up at 7am with condensation from your own beer and red wine induced sweat dripping down on your forehead is not pleasant.

Highlights have to be Snoop Dog, Gomez, Faithless and Ray Davies who was fucking superb.  Lowlights were MGMT who were abysmal.
