What it shows, I think, is that when you relocate/redevelop, you get one chance to get it right - and that's it. Shaw Tip would have been a disaster for us - tucked away in a sleepy corner of town, miles from the decent bars, pubs and shops.
You think so..? I have to say it always seemed an incredibly intelligent idea, one that a true visionary businessman would have come up with.
