When they say after the main news "now its time to catch up on the news-WHERE YOU ARE".Makes it sound like they're talking to 10 year olds.Why dont they just say"time for your local news"?

squats can go seriously wrong if
a:  you attempt to much weight
b: your form is wrong

I feel for you though, been in a similar position before

The weight was very light for me, and as far as I know my form was okay too (I was being supervised). It happened on my penultimate squat of my third and final set, so at least my legs got their full workout!

I have no leg/foot numbness, so I'm pretty sure it's just a sprain, but it fucking kills nonetheless.

Not sure it comes under 'mildly' annoying but coming home to discover that Southern Electric have taken up half my hedge - on my land - looking for a cable, with no notice and the chap in charge essentially saying that 'oh well it happens'. Some serious compensation is coming my way...
