Drivers who pull out from the inside lane of the motorway to the central lane as you approach, forcing you into the outside lane - there's nothing there numbnuts!
I'd argue that says more about you not reading the road than the other driver. If the outside lane is clear and a car in the inside lane is gaining on the vehicle in front of them, I'd go into the outside lane allowing them to get into the central lane when they need to.

+1. My biggest pet hate is dickheads who don't move out of the middle lane when I'm approaching something slower than my Spacestar in the inside lane.

No. The drivers who pull into the middle lane when the nearest car in front is about half a mile away!

Coming back from Thorpe Park on Saturday I followed a woman driving in the middle lane for what was a couple of miles, I was on the clear inside lane and was adjusting my speed accordingly so as not to undertake her. Eventually she broke my spirit and I undertook her rather than go round her. Kept an eye on her with my mirrors, miles down the road she was still in the middle lane without moving even though the inside lane was clear. Why do they do this? She wasn't the only one either

Why do they do this?
Because they are shit drivers with no regard to the highway code. What do I win?

But if the outside lane is clear it's not that much of an issue. If the outside lane was busy, I'd feel your pain. However if they're pulling out to overtake fresh air then I could see how that'd be irritating.

Spanish and Greek drivers i've to be the worst
My girlfriend's parents have recently got back from Montenegro. On their arrival they caught a taxi to their hotel and the driver was stopped by the police for speeding, driving erratically and dangerously and generally being a ballbag. The police took his licence but let him carry on driving until 12pm the next day - the bloke probably went on some mad GTA type spree after that.

I wish this was a genuine offence.

In a taxi in Moscow a few years ago, my driver missed the exit off the motorway he needed - so promptly slammed his brakes on and then reversed back. I almost shat myself.

I reckon it's drivers who aren't confident enough to be driving on the motorways and thats the only way they can cope.Apart from entry and exit They probably spend their whole journey in the middle lane regardless of what's happening around them. Drivers who hog the middle lane at times reduce the Motorway to two lanes.

I drive a lot late a night and this drives me mad at 2 in the morning. Why sit in the middle lane at that time of night. Infuriating.

In Bosnia quite often if you know the policeman he will forget you've committed an offence. My uncle (ex policeman) used to drink drive and once crashed into a lamppost. He wound down the window and saw one of his ex colleagues who just winked and sent him on his way. Also if a Bosniak gets stopped by a Bosnian Serb policeman, or vice versa, they can often get intidimated into paying a fine simply because of their background, and if not they get arrested for a fictional crime. We will always be a shit country.
