I had West Ham, Hearts & chelsea all to win the cup wrote clearly on my betting slip but they are still refusing to pay out. Also not one person in there said they will only pay out on 90 minutes results.

That would be the case if i had put to win but i had put to win the cup, if that was the case then if i had put Chelsea to win the Champions league on 2 months ago then they wouldn't pay out as it wasn't done in 90 minutes. It is a different type of bet mine was to win the cup not the match. |

I have spoken to customer services who have informed me that i will recieve a call back today from a supervisor to try & sort it out. The staff in the shop were really helpful but said that they can only pay out if the computer lets them they also told me that if i got nowhere with customer services to ask for the contact details for ABAS which is the ombsman for bookies. accordinng to the shop manager they can't refuse to give me the details but the shop can only give me the customer services details as there is a chain that has to be followed in order for ABAS to deal with it
