Multi-vitamin and mineral boost. You dissolve it in a glass of water. Tastes quite nice aswell.

I'm taking Barocca at the moment as I've got little energy in the morning. I think it tastes like piss (or at least how I'd imagine piss to taste )

I take it on a daily basis, usually get 3 for 2 at boots so it makes it cheaper.
I do a lot of running and cycling and I find that it helps replenishment the nutrients lost and stops cravings.
Piss colour is entertaining.

I wouldn't be taking those daily when most of the ingredients are 700%+ of your RDA.

R is recommended though Samdy, not maximum.(as I'm sure you know) I can't see why they overdo it though - must be a profit opportunity there.

I suspect it's a bit like other "recommended" levels. Plucked out of thin air with no substance, foundation or rationale. Much like "5 a day" and the max number of alcohol units to be consumed daily etc. They're vitamins, you'd have to go a lot more extreme than any mulit-vitamin to cause a problem.

There was me thinking recommended amounts were based on research. Those berroca stats look like something for a one off pick up rather than a daily supplement.
