We had a similar problem when buying our house, the solicitors were absolutely fucking useless, never came back to us on anything, I could never get hold of anyone there. They sent paperwork to another house as someone there had stapled our paperwork to theirs by accident. Luckily the people that received it forwarded it on to us. Our seller twice threatened to put the price up due to the length of time it had taken them to get things sorted and also threatened to put the house back on the market. Talk about making a stressful time even more stressful. Convey Law, absolutely useless pack of bastards, avoid at all costs. |

Our solicitors are very good. It's the buyers solicitors. They are not even solicitors, more conveyancers (sp?) and online. They just ask stupid questions. For example they are asking for a TPO, but there isn't one.

They have no interest in being good or fast, once the clock's ticking no one cares how long it takes bar the buyer and the seller, they should all be fucked off out of the system. |

I keep getting email alerts about "people in my network" Its actually quite amusing as Its all people I fucking hate or have no knowledge of, or both. Gary Lineker, Olly murs and various z lists. I think they just sent those to piss me off, as I never do anything to invite shit. Seriously though its a bit scary as I've always known what cookies are for, but I only use about 8 websites, never click on links etc etc. Someone's stitching me the corrupt greedy bastards. |

"C-section" It annoys the fuck out of me. I was a Cesarean section myself. Why shorten it, it's not exactly a commonly used phrase? It makes it sound all hip and trendy to me  Don't you think medical professionals shortened it as they'd have to refer to cesarean section quite often if talking to soon to be parents. Do you refer to West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers every time you talk about those football clubs? |
