I did some venison, in a similar style using a slow cooker back in the winter...very nice.
Cooked it for my old man today, my god was it amazing if i do say so myself. Even my mum and sister had some and liked it. If i cook it again, i would cook it for slightly less time, but apart from than i reccomend it to anyone. |

Not available through a Sky HD box. The symbol rate of 23 means we can't even manually tune in. For those with other makes of HD receiver the details are 11.024 H 23.0 2/3 then you save the channel "8900" |
