I bought a Red one from the club shop on Thursday last week.....
Has Town badge on one side, and George cross on other side - made by a company called "club and country"

Talking of t-shirts kits etc, I took my little boy to see thomas tank etc at steam museum at the weekend. Given that we are in the build up to the biggest day in STFC's history for 17 years and that the generally the town has embraced this quite well, I was expecting to see the odd swindon shirt or t-shirt or something. But no. What did I see, the usual array of chelsea, arsenal, man u etc etc. Dads with arsenal t shirts and and all their kids with similar on. I dont suppose the fuckers (the dads that is, cant blame the littluns) have been within a jellieed eel of highbury, edmonton etc etc.

I live in Faringdon and there is literally 2 people that wear Swindon shirts (me being one of them). Now everyone I speak to is a Swindon fan and going to buy a Swindon shirt. I think to myself where were they when we were fighting relegation?

It is annoying seeing all the plastics around town - how many on Sat will wear the Man U & Chelsea shirts though, ask them how many tiems they have been to old trafford etc
The club should do an offer trade in you premiershit shirt and get x of a stfc shirt and then wait until bonfire day and stick all the premiershit shirts on the bonny
Saw a bloke in the town centre today selling play off final scarfs and t-shirts, looked quite good as well, cheaper than the stfc club shop ones as well

Why does it bother people? It's all good for the club, and it's good to see casual fans excited that may turn up at the CG next year, if only to give the shirt an airing. Again good for the club. I could moan that there are going to be an extra 36500 than there were at Carlisle stopping me getting to the bar, i wont.......yet.

Yes, was pints of Carlsberg last time i went, think it was £3.50 or £4.00 a pop. Think there was Ale and cider too, but didn't take much notice. Burger and chips a fiver, but worth it, as thye are superb.

slighty off subject, when I went to see muse at the 02 arena dublin, a pissy pint of carlsbery in pissy plastic glass cost me about €6.80...top that.

Tis ok, i was expecting to be completely ripped off beforehand. Pretty quick to get served too, think i managed 8 or 9 pints in the 4 hours i was in there.

Rammstein in Madrid was 10euros a pint in November which wasn't far off a tenner a pint at the time. I seem to recall £4.40 a pint from seeing Oasis at Wembley last summer.
