Had to book mine on my 7 year old's season ticket as it says tickets have already been booked on mine. Not by me they haven't. Not impressed. Didn't cause me a big problem (other than a temporary cardiac issue while I tried it three times to make sure it wasn't just fat fingers/typos/whatever then prayed the lad's season ticket number would work) but if the problem (whatever it is) is more widespread then there's going to be some pretty pissed off season ticket holders if it happens to people who've only got access to the one season ticket.

You will be extremely lucky to get 12 together. Maybe 3 or 4 together (In and around the good seating areas, that is), by the time they go on general sale. We only just managed to get 5 together, and that was at 9pm! Good luck anyway :] |

Forgot to mention that aside from having problems with booking the correct no of seats, I also had to use my 6 year old's season ticket. Had the same message saying tickets had been booked on mine. Thought my brother had done a sneaky one, but he doesn't know the number! |

That's only taken me the best of an hour pissing around. Tried to book 4 adults and 1 concession and on the next page got the message, 'this leaves 1 ticket in this row, please go back and change quantity'. I don't want to change the quantity, I want 5 tickets not 6! Gave up in the end and tried the same quantity on the next drop down which was the same row number and it worked - WTF!
I too had this problem. Very strange indeed. Maybe it means it would only leave one seat on the end of a row or something? |

If you mean could someone have typed in my number by mistake possibly. But surely that's the point of putting your name in? If they're not actually cross-referencing them, then the typos are going to cause chaos |

Don't think so, mine and my 6 year old's are 237 numbers apart. Might be because one is adult and one is concession? |

ah yes surnames. maybe someone knew yours etc? either way it's annoying someone has used yours for tickets etc |
