For anyone in South/East Swindon or Wilts wondering why their telly's bust, it's not. The Oxford transmitter's been knocked out by a fire. The fire's out now but they've yet to even assess the damage, much less decide how long it will take to fix. So probably not any time soon, may be a few days apparently.

Can't get cable where I live and I choose not to give a sizeable chunk of my monthly income to Mr Murdoch, quite happy with what's on Freeview for nowt. Except when the transmitter breaks, obviously.
