Wayne Bridge to return then? Our World Cup hopes are fucked No Becks, No Terry, Rooney's fitness is questionable.

I don't think our chances are any worse without Becks or JT...

Maybe not but with Rooney and Kings fitneess a doubt as well. Thats 4 decent players who we have lost before we have even started. We dont really have a decent keeper either.

King would not have been a main player anyway, agreed we need Rooney fit but the others there are decent enough players available to replace them

Rooney will be fine, and King has played 4 games in 15 days... he'll also be fine. Agree on the 'keeper, but then they're all good on their day. As long as they don't cock anything badly up (there arent that many games, the law of averages is on our side) we'll be okay.

Joe Hart not a decent keeper? behave yourself man! Terry would get found out for the donkey that he is against pace, King will be OK as will Rooney, the midfield will be fine with Becks..stop panicking!

Ledley King can play a game a week at full fitness and all of the world cup group games are almost a week apart anyway so he should be fine. I wouldn't have wanted Beckham in the team anyway but Terry will be a big loss.

Blow for Terry.

To be honest, he has lost a lot of form and has shown signs recently of being very one-paced, for England it could be a blessing not to have Terry at the back. I prefer Upson and Ferdinand (if fit) or Upson and King (if fit). Or Upson (if fit) and A N OTHER.

Hart is unproven though, That said I guess if it comes between Green and James then.....

I can't see anything on their site, only that he has picked up an injury.
