Ringing Ticket Zone would almost certainly be faster then, if you can pay by card. 01271 335716
Away tickets are a nightmare by phone, although I do appear to have got past the "press one" woman now into another queue. 10 minutes and counting.

Can do, but I'm using Brentford ticket stubs and I'm assuming you can't use them over the phone? I might give it a go though.

33 minutes of ringing, no luck. Has anyone managed to get through for away tickets at all?

If you any one on here not a season ticket there will be two good seats going Wensday in the Arkells Stand Block A3 Row K seats 0105 & 0106 at the half-way line 3 row back behind D-Box. If you short you will need to sit in 0106.

Pretty sure it starts charging once you get past the switchboard. 0871 from a mobile will probably be hideously expensive, seriously considering getting a train to the bloody CG now.

listen the obvious problem is congestion. i think that everyone on here should stop ringing the away ticket line at 11.55 for a 5 minute period and then i can ring up and get mine? agreed? we cud then sort out a townend ringing schedule. thanks

Home tickets are easy to get hold off - just ring ticket zone, saves queuing for hours. I tried for 4 hours to get through for away tickets without success so queued up last night. Only took an hour and 15. I managed to get 4 away by simply giving them the names, address, postcode and seat numbers of my mates season tickets. They looked them up on the system - job done.

I was going to ring up for an away ticket in the morning but it's looks like I may have to get to the CG early and queue.....and ring the phoneline from the queue! Seems the only way of getting the away tickets. Think gen sale tomorrow may be the worse day of the lot for trying to get tickets.
