With all the fucking moaning on here, from 'bottling' auto's to players celebrating, not to mention all the political doom laden threads, I thought it would be refreshing to have one devoted to positives since the start of the season.

Here's my Top Ten (In no particular order).

Charlie Austin.
Leeds 0-3 Swindon.
Southampton 0-1 Swindon.
Swindon 3-0 Leeds.
Johnny Douglas.
The re-vitalised JPM.
Super Billy Paynter.
Danny Wilson.
The Board.
Clinching a Play-off spot, when I was expecting a mid-table finish.

Great stuff, Herthab - I would add to all those - which I agree with - Simon Ferry, the improvement of LJF when he gets to play, and our style of football.

To be honest, I think the whole season has been a positive! Like you said, most would've taken a mid table finish and to get a play-off place is a brilliant achievement for everyone at the club. Although very unlikely, 2nd is still a possibility.

I would also like to remind everyone that a year ago to the day I was waking up with a slight hangover after celebrating a 2-1 victory over Bristol Rovers to guarentee our safety in League One.

This season, whatever happens, has been bloody brilliant.

The timing is positive.  We can get all the 'just missed out on 2nd spot' angst out of the way right now.  By the time the play offs do arrive, we'll be fired up and right up for it.  Missing out on the final day vs Millwall could have been a problem.

Mostly some of the most exciting football we've seen in ages, and all the things everyone else has said, but I think the season ticket prices staying so low also deserves a mention in its own right

Someone should print this off and take it to the players. Show them we fucking care and that when we hear people boo, it fucking hurts us too.

Allowing the pork and stuffing van to pitch outside the Town end is also a brilliant touch by the club, it gives an alternative to shit burgers and hot dogs.
