i hope not as that is abusing the system, so probably yes
Who cares about the 'system'. if someone wants a ticket they're going to do everything they can to get one and why not?

sorry Red Ox!
hopefully there's more than one very kind season ticket holder on here then!
No problem Mr Head, good luck. Thing is that the same issue will arise at the play off away leg: Hudds may be ok, big ground Lids - STs will get most of them (fair enough) Charlton - see Lids above Colchester - sounded like a nightmare Wemberlee it is then!

I'm getting my ticket tomorrow. Important deadline at work on May 10th, there may be trouble ahead.
Will let you all know if its going spare on the Friday before the game!
only a tenner return on the train from ox so may go into the smoke anyway so would take your ticket at late notice! Maybe the pub in the station at paddington on the day at 11am may be the venue for certain purchases to occur?!!!

Huddersfield will be fine, leeds we can take upto 4,000 so season ticket holders wont take all of them id say. Similar for Charlton, big old away end. Col U could be tight

Everyone who wants to go and hasn't got a ticket should just turn up on the day! If there are serveral hundered people outside the away end without tickets I am sure the police will open up the lower tier. They would rather have you in the ground where you are under control. The idea of hundereds of town fans wondering around millwall or for that matter any ground will not appeal to the police.
If I don't get a ticket I'm going down to the ground finding myself a steward offer him £30 and see if he lets me in. Whats the worst that can happen?

Just got mine this morning, chap at the Box Office was saying that it was Met 'orders' for ST only and depending on how many are sold, they may be allowed to open them up to those with a purchase history

Not happy about this at all. Living in London, i didnt buy a ST this year because i didnt think i would be able to make many games, but that has turned out wrong. I have been to most away games and quite a few home games and yet i still cant get a ticket for what could be our most important game of the season.
I totally agree that ST holders should get to buy their tickets first and if they sell out then, thats fair enough. But why not put the remaining tickets on general Sale? I agree with Sutton red that people who are on the database should be able to but tickets as the club have thier details anyone, no different to ST Holders.

Yeah but how many of our 5000+ ST holders have been to away games this season?

Problem is that there won't be hundreds there. More like 30. We're not a big club, dare I say it, and like was said before, those than really want to go will get tickets as ST holders will give the tickets to their mates who want to go. Those of us that are not swindon based or don't know any ST holders (like me) are fooked.
