It's ok.

The white bit on the sleeve does indeed look silly but I expect I'll get used to it.

It's not exactly the same as Boro's, the bit between the the two white stripes going down the right shoulder, which is red on our shirts, was actually filled in with white on their shirts.

At least its FUCKING RED!!!!

May I suggest that it probably wasn't the best Idea to get prutton to model it? He'd make a new tux look like a tramp, had slept in it.

Although it sounds totally gay, I've got to say that Prutton looks in bloody good shape.

Oh yes...fear no more..our kit is NOT going to look exactly like the slave traders'

I'm not normally into blokes either, but I'd probably have a go too.  Girl Giggle

Agreed, presumably the short sleeve version won't have it.

Edit: Dammit!

Quite nice actually. Will get the npower patches to cover up the white sleeve though.

That said being a fat bastard this shirt is going to do nothing for my gut.

Its not too bad, would be better without the white.

Probably covered elsewhere in this thread but I take it the away is white with blue trim and sleeve? Or are we just using the Samsung one?

We should never use a kit like that again.

Personally Im still a fan of the old Yellow Shirt, Blue Shorts combo as sported in 93/94. Didnt we also turn out in an away kit that was mint green once?

The whitye sleeve is the only thing that bothers me, but it bothers me a lot. It's just so ridiculously pointless and ugly.

The white sleeve completely ruins what would otherwise be a decent shirt. Whoever thought that would be a good idea?!!

Also it's disappointing that again our new kit is a design that is a year old and has already been worn by other clubs (Middlesbrough's from last year is almost identical), when clubs like Peterborough are getting a current design for their kit.

Hopefully the away shirt will be better and not the same design in blue and white.

At first glance of the the picture of the long sleeved version, I thought his left arm was bandaged!  Looks bloody stupid, why try and be complicated?
