I find that setting this special little device called an alarm clock, works a treat in helping you wake up in time.
I recommend getting one. You can purchase 'em from anywhere, such as Argos.

i was planning on doing an all nighter as thats what i did on first day this season against gillscum, but i went to sleep about half one after a quiet one which obviously wasn't the best thing to do
