Smith did hesiate for that Norwich goal he mad the decision to come for the cross but then changed his mind and started going backwards.

Thats a shitty reason for dropping him though.

Goal wasnt his fault at all.

I'm sure Lucas has never hesitated over a cross, or god forbid let a goal in.

I agree with Lucas coming back in but surely Cuthbert and Paynter should also return to the side if both fit enough to be on the bench.

That is the strongest the bench has been all season.

I think that if the players 'with the shirt' are playing well enough, they should stay in the side and the likes of Cuthbert and Paynter have to be patient.

If we win, I'm going out for a few beers tonight. If we lose, I'm gonna stay in and sulk.

If we draw, I'm not sure what I'll do.

You should always make room for beer, win lose or draw!

Have to agree, that's harsh on Smithy. Lucas had conceded 6 in the two previous games.

Losing with all of the blandness of a korma, surely?

I would go with all "the blandness of a korma".

Smith has done well since he came in so i can't complain but Lucas is the number 1 and the better keeper so i think it's the right decision to bring him back in.

Using all the squad before the playoffs is what he needs to do, it's no good going into the playoffs knackered.  Hoddle avoided doing that.  have Norwich scored, yet?

I have Jeff Stelling on the tv but muted while I listen to STFC World through the laptop. No scores yet.
