and it just so happens its been a time where we have played alot of re-arranged games from the big freeze.
If Dick wasnt able to do his job, I think someone would have noticed by now - he's been here longer than just about everyone.
Plus, I've still not see any proof he isnt qualified as some people suggest?

Undoubtably some of the recent injuries will have be the attitional effect of the number of games and you will get a number of 'impact' injuries in games through knocks etc. The hamstring injuries would be what are called 'overuse' injuries from the games played, intensity of training and how the players are warming up & down, resting and how any 'niggles' are managed.
That will fall at the door of the coaching staff, fitness coach, physio and how the players look after themselves betwee games and day to day lives. How those all interact will determine why the team have had a sudden run of injuries.
Re DM, if I remember he was brought in by McMahon when we had two physios and due to cost cutting we got rid of the other physio. In the last 10 years, we have not had a lot of managerial stability with most managers not being there long enough to make a decision on physios etc, only Todd and Wise really brought in own backroom teams. With all the financial woes, we were probably happy to keep the status quo. DM has always been an affable, popular person around the club and kept his role.
With the stability in the club now and potentially a step up to the Championship, this might be an area we want to look at with an eye of progressing

Wilson may have been overstating positivity to keep Norwich, although unlikely to be available guessing but he's stated that:
Cuthbert's injury isn't as bad as first thought.
Morrison 60/40
Paynter improving
Pericard has outside chance
Amankwha has outside chance
Lucas 50/50
I guess the fact he's after a striker must say something though.
