I wish i could bugger off early.Im toying with having a sleep but I havent brought my phone in with me so I cant set my alarm to wake me up before the morning shift comes in.

Nah I just let them land anywhere this time of night,let the Pilots worry about it . At the end of the day if they can't see another plane  then they shouldn't be flying the bloody things.

Good point. My job becomes extremely unimportant after about 1am, so i could probably get away with sleeping til 6am, when the day staff arrive. I probably will do that at some point. When i finish in an hour and a half, i won't be back on here til the 16th, my shift pattern is 3 on, 7 off!!!!   Will probably be getting t'internet at home soon though, so may become a 24hour man like SiPi and SY. 3 on 7 off is super cool.Im 4 on 4 off but Im only doing 3 this week so I can drink beer on Saturday

Good call, im ducking out slightly earlier than usual, as i'm driving down to your neck of the woods later on today, well, Exeter to be precise. Visiting female uni pals there, so im sure this day will be ending with plenty of drunken debauchery I used to work a 4on 4off, 12h night shift, did it for 6 months and it bloody near killed me :dead: You're not on the 12h thing are ya? Not that i'd hold it against ya?

Im in Swindon now not Yeovil.Yes Im on the 12 hour thing and it sucks .I keep thinking I'll get something else but I cant really be arsed and I like the 4 days off to much.Plus I dont really have to do any work most of the time so I get to listen to Cd's and watch films and get payed for it

I sort of knew you were in Swindon now, just saying that its your former local area, if you see what i mean. I can listen to music in my job, but DVD's would be difficult, unless i got me one of those portable VD players (note to self...... ). Don't know bout you, but i love working nites, nice and quiet, little work and you can get away with spending most of the night on here, while getting paid Lifes great ain't it? Except when you get woken by bright sunshine through the curtains and the sound of people having fun in the sun
