I suppose we'll see how much we'd miss Billy this afternoon then. Big chance for Pericard.
1-3
Pericard (2) and Austin.

It's obvious pericard would come in, he's the most like-for-like replacement for paynter we've got
You may have not noticed (no really) but Pericard played the last game as well. He was awful but thats been done to death, he's lucky to be getting a second chance. He needs to take it

Ward and austin up front wouldn't work. The shape of the side would be ruined, at least pericard gives us some height and strength, if nowt else

Where as Ward - would give us a decent shot, pace, work rate, control, skill, directness, passing, movement, skill & goals.

The last few posts demonstrate that we do now have options. Would love to see Pericard succeed today. Proper squad competition as we (hopefully) head towards the play offs is vital.

Either I totally misheard, or they just said kick-off has been delayed because of crowd congestion

Big game for Pericard. Time for him to shine.
Looking at the other games at the top today, this is an opportunity for us to get some points on the board whilst others are taking them off each other.
1 - 0 Town - Pericard with his arse.
