The most important thing is that we dont let them make ground on us. A draw would be a good result, although obviously that will start some people off saying we've gone 3 games without a win and the downward slide has started.
So we'd better go all out for the win and just nick it 7-3 with 4 goals in injury time from Pericard

thing is, this crunch time was always going to come. No team goes throughout a season not losing games. But the key is how we react. We've done it before, but not under the kind of pressure we're under now. I think we'll do it, but this month is just going to be horrendous on the old fingernails!

this is what it's all about, though. Give me this over mid-table mediocrity. Bring it on.

A note from Franchise

"Franchise assistant manager Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"They have some good functional players that do their jobs well. It's important that we do our jobs well.

"There isn't a team in this league that we fear. We just have to make sure that we get our bits right.

"Swindon have had a little bit of luck this year that their play has deserved."

Charming.

2-2, and I think I'd take that now.

He's right though. We've had a lot of luck compares to previous seasons and our level of perforance has justified that luck as we've been playing well.

I've just been checking the Franchise website and the report of their weekend win at home to
Orient. They've had some useful players on loan recently;currently Mark Randall (Arsenal) but
Andros Townsend has been recalled by Tottenham. It seems they changed their system and
played 4-3-3 against Orient.

I would have thought that our centre halves would be more comfortable with the Franchise
combination of Wilbraham and Easter, rather than strikers who run the channels. They will
however be a threat, but having lost Puncheon, perhaps the service from the flanks isn't
quite the same? They definately see tonight as a must win game.

Couldn't believe that Orient took 1500 fans to Franchise  Eek

What luck? I haven't seen any at our home games.

Take Saturday, Sheehan's shot hits the post then practically bounces along the goal line and no one is there to follow up, then there's a goal mouth scramble and Austin's shot somehow gets blocked on the line and then Rovers score the first time they have a shot on goal. What was so fucking lucky about that?

If we'd had our fair share of luck we'd be in the top two now.
