Hi all, i realise this is my first post so be nice. ;-)
We all know that Danny is looking for a right back, to cover/give competition to big Kev. I don't know if the name has been brought up before, but Moritz Voltz would surely be ideal? Plenty of experience, still in his mid twenties and should be hungry for first team football. As i understand it, he's training with QPR on a non-contract basis. Surely worth a trial at least??

Assuming that:

1) This is not a wind up
2) He is still playing and not retired through injury
3) He really is without a club

Bloody lovely! Get him down here now. That would be class!!

He was injured in the summer and has only just got fit. He came across really well on Soccer AM when I saw him on there, and he's quality. If he's not too pricey I would love to see him here.

fB would love him as he also loves baking. If I remember correctly he baked a cake for the Soccer AM presenters.

That's why i thought it'd be worth a mention. I think he was at Ipswich for a while, i don't know either what contract he was on, or what happened? Just read he had been training at QPR for a while, i guess the guy still lives in London (after being a Fulham) so that makes sense i guess, until he can find a new club. Contract until the end of the season imo, plus that way we should end up with a hungry player, rather than a loan player who might end up just going through the motions, al la Hutchinson.

Oh ok, i didn't realise he had been injured, was it a bad one do we know?
Just seems to me like another one of those players who has fallen completly off the radar.

It was quite bad I think. Details are rather hazy, this was back at the start of season.

Worth a phone call i would say. On another note, is Mat Holland still on a free? Not really one for the future, but depending on wages could do a steady job until the end of the season.

Maybe, i really don't know. All i can remember is Charlton releasing him and him going on trial at Colchester i think. imo an experienced head as back up in midfield would be the way to go.
