Tisn't cheap, best i could get for a return was £70. I'm going in Darlington and getting a lift to Hartlepool, It's actually only 2 1/4 hours. If you go to Hartlepool it's something like 4 hours with 2 changes.

Checked the train...£36 out and £72 back...and if I miss it, I'm in Hartlepool for night.  Stupid fucking trains.  I'll come on Saturday instead.

Only been once, about 5 years ago, drove on my own, lost 3-0, virtually ended our hopes of a play-off place, made me wonder about what my life has come to.

Quite fancy going to this one. Oh fuck......

My closest fixture. Struggling to get the time off work... I Feel a possible "illness" coming on - I don't like to skive, but this is what they make me do Smiley

I like your style. If they're going to be unreasonable then this is the natural course of action to take. I cannot imagine living where you do and not seeing this game - it just wouldn't enter my head as a possibility.

If anyone else is going to this via train, it appears there may be some engineering works somewhere above London as my arrival time into darlington has gone from 12.15 to 13.15.
