Switzerland are no pushovers either. Wales will be out for blood and could easily nick a point or three. We will qualify I'm sure, it is quite a tough group.

Looking forward to trips to Switzerland and Bulgaria, Cardiff will be a laigh too. Good draw.

I might make an effort to go to the Switzerland game. Having never been to an England game how easy is it going to be for me to get a ticket? I'm guessing no chance.

You'll need to join England fans plus, after that it's pretty easy, just apply early and you should be fine.

I'm very glad we've drawn a home nation. That's all.

For a close by away game pretty much no chance there are 26,000 England Fan Plus members and I would imagine we will be allocated about 5,000 tickets for this game. Always easy to get a ticket outside as long as you dont mind being in the home end.

Cheers. Of course I would much rather be in the away section but the Swiss are neutral anyway so shouldn't be too much hassle.

Anyone know when the fixtures will be announced? I am going to be in the States for 3 weeks in October so hope nothing clashes!

the dates are

a) 3/4 and 7 September 2010
b) 8/9 and 12 October 2010
c) 25/26 and 29 March 2011
d) 3/4 and 7 June 2011
e) 2/3 and 6 September 2011
f) 7/8 and 11 October 2011

I think they give the teams the chance to come up with an sgreed fixture list and then after 30 days if they can not agree UEFA do the fixtures.

Cheers. Will keep an eye on the fixtures. Montenegro is supposed to be lovely so wouldn't mind a trip there. Bulgaria is cheap as chips but I've already been. Switzerland is the closest to me and I could probably drive there depending on the City they play in.

Hopefully I will be going to all the away games although the Wales one will be tough to get tickets for.

Almost certain to be Basel as it's a 40,000 stadium and the other 3 cities only have 30,000. Should be easy enough for you to get to I imagine.

Cheers ZR. Basel is 3 hour 26 drive from me (Or could go on train, which is a palava). Hopefully its a Saturday game, nice weekend in Switzerland (a place I haven't been to yet)
