The wheels are beginning to fall off. They were doing a reasonably sensible job and then they got rid of Darren Ferguson.
I follow Non-League football, Cooper was doing a good job at Kettering but I don't think he was anywhere even close to being good enough for Championship management.

Fully agree on that. He's made his money in timeshare and property in Spain...which has collapsed in the last year.

I'm not sure why they appointed Cooper in the first place. Clearly couldn't cut it if Fergie was struggling as he was. Stupid appointment. Still if they don't learn then maybe Malpas will get the job?

I suppose the logic is "we've brought in all of these decent players from Non-League - lets see if we can do the same for the management."
I recall that most of their rumoured candidates were Non-Leaguers.
