Well, as Batch said previously we should stick with  221B rules. In which case yeah, Kensal Rise is acceptable-ish (It's a bit in the grey)

Laterals are fine, what about revision 2a.

If revisions are allowed I will chuck in the tangent of

Buckingham Palace....thats put the cat amongst the pigeons, if revision 2a is not allowed then I will go for a safe bet of Paddington.

It means that laterals are only allowed after three forward moves and cross step.  Therefore, Buck House is fine.

He he he, I'm going to take advantage of the Leeds match to sneak in and play a slightly questionable move of: Bank

Which if we're permitting the Helsinki variations gives the opportunity for multiple laterals and frees up moves right along to Gallions Reach or Cutty Sark (if we're prepared to go South of the river after dark).
