Yup, you've been so unlucky so many times this season. We obviously cheated you. We're shit, you're ace - you have the moral high ground.
We'll just carry on being lucky and end up in the top 10 and you Pikeys keep on shitting on every one and get relegated until you can have a derby against Ebsfleet.

He's right about two of the goals though, and the cb got done like a kipper by Charlie for the first, so i dont think his comments are unreasonable. The second goal was keystone kops tbh.

Youve got to love Austin's lovely quick feet. Its in the back of the net before they even know anything about it.

Must be so frustrating for opposition managers. Were just too good.

But then only their keeper and a fair bit of luck stopped them conceding another two or three. So it all balances. We murdered you, Stimson, lap it up

They're the quotes of a man under pressure.

I wonder how many people assume they'll beat Swindon? It's not the first time we've beaten a side this season reasonably comfortably and the rival boss has bemoaned not beating "a team like Swindon".

It's January, we're in the Top 6 and we have games in hand - that isn't a fluke (in my opinion).

Gillingham haven't won away all season. Their home record isn't bad which is keeping them outside the relegation zone currently.

Andy Scott at Brentford was one wasn't he? Remember saying how we beat them and moved into the top 6 yet we were no better than them. Now they're mid-table and we're out of sight. Nice one Andy. Makes me laugh. At the end of the day Stimson can say what he likes but the fact is the better team won.

The fact is that we've only been beaten 4 times in 23 league games, and we've been around the top six for the last couple of months, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Let's have a look at the table...

Leeds, Norwich, Charlton is what a lot of people would have expected to be the top 3 at the start of the season. Then you've got Colchester, free-spending Huddersfield, and then us level on points with them...with a game in hand. If we were to win all 3 of our games in hand over Norwich (you never know) then we'd be 4 points of automatic promotion.

Teams are still massively underestimating how good we are this season, despite the obvious evidence. Long may it continue.

colchester looked pony at the back on Saturday. If we could beat Stockport and maybe Leeds (if Exeter can...), then maybe beat Colchester at home. I think automatic is beyond us (Hanrahan disagrees, but then his cup's always half full), but there's n o reason why we can;t secure play-offs now. In my mind there are three teams playing for the top two spots, then it's down to eighth spot for the play-offs. Should be an awesome climax to the campaign!

All I will say is that if we were to do play-offs, I wouldn;t wann finish sixth, cos that'll mean playing charlton/norwich/leeds.

Norwich to win the league IMO.
