Exactly!

11v11 this is  a great result.

9 v 11 it isn't, it's 2 points dropped..

Grrr.

I'd have taken a point all day long at the start of the day.

...as long as we beat Yeovil it's a good Christmas period for us.

having seen how long they had 9 men for that's an awful result.
points are all that matters come may though.hopefully that wont equate to 2 points lost come then.

were we happy to sit back on a narrow lead today? i've seen this already this season so i wouldn't be surprised.
if it was a case of simply not being good enough to break 9 men down, then at least we will know where we are as a team.

Its swings and roundabouts really

When we went down to 10 men against Millwall, Millwall battered us but we somehow managed to grab a point.

The reverse has happened today and unfortunately we dropped 2 points

Just hoping the team are still in high spirts and the late goal doesnt result in us losing morale

Unlike most i'm happy with the point.I honestly believe 12 months ago we would not of even got back in the game let alone take the lead. Make no mistake that was still 9 very good players we were up against.

Any other team i would be like most people and not be happy but even with results like today it is in my opinion showing we have made a marked improvement.

Don't care how many players they were down to it is a point extra than i thought we would get

I fancied us to get a draw today before everything and would have taken a point.

I can see DRS point of view, Charlton are a good side and Jonjoe Shelvey is much too good for league one. I still think a team with 11 men should beat a team with 9 men.

We scored our 2nd goal too early! Charlton has nothing to lose so bombed forward last 10 minutes.

Their defenders who didnt get sent off played very well and on a few occasions threw themselvesinfront of shots like their life depended on. In some aspects it reminded me of that game we had against Swansea when Corr got himself sent off.

Last minute though, so so gutting.

....and is it just me? it maybe a biased thing but does every single team in this division go down like they have been shot everytime our defenders touch them?

Greer seems to giving away countless fouls and alot of the time he is just standing his ground. At one Lescinal headed the ball clear and still managed to give away a free kick.

I swear I dont remember seeing Austin and Paynter going down like that, not all the time. Sodje must have had the trainer on about 3 times.  I understand at 1-0 up its time wasting but we just seem to give away alot of phantom free kicks and get next to nothing in return.

The free kick that lead to their equalizer was nothing as well.

...oh and even though he had loads of time and space out the wing, more so than he would usually I thought O'Brien looked dangerous and he put in alot of crosses.

Hopefully we've yet to see the best of him.

I don't understand why sub Ward on, He seems very slow and small (a crud). Bring on Revell to hold up ball.

I was surprised at 2-1 up with 10 minutes to go and Austin needing to come off Wilson didnt bring on Timlin to shore it up because thats what he usually does!!
