Did Fitton give any idea of what the add ons were?
I'm guessing a big chunk of it is if they get promoted this season, along with something tied to goals and appearances. Either way, if Cox keeps playing the way he has we must be due a few quid at the end of the season.
Did we get a sell on clause as well? If he hits 20 plus goals I can see a Premier League club like Blackburn or Fulham coming in for him for £8m or so. 20% of £6m would be a nice bonus.

Coxy looked eager and well up for the game but the service to him was awful, he showed some very good touches and took his goal really well.
Pleased for the lad its working out, if WBA had a decent target man instead of the crappy Moore then he would have scored a few today, WBA were all over QPR for long spells.

having the GF's family as WBA fans it's all i constantly hear. Moore is rubbish, Moore is lazy etc etc and having seen him myself i don't know how he gets in the team. For me Coxy is now No1 striker with either Bednar or Woods as No2. It showed for their second having a good target man to cause trouble rewards will come to others around. Also a mention has to go to Dean Keily. Two outstanding saves to keep WBA in the game.

The one save by Keily touching it onto the post was awesome.
I havent seen Bednar play yet but Woods looks like a much better option than the useless lump Moore.
Coxy can go on and do good things (faster progression than I had expected TBH) with the right service and partner, he looked so up for it.

I had a little think about this last night, and decided Miller isn't the sort to suit Cox. It reminds me of when McMahon signed George Ndah to partner Chris Hay, at first I thought they'd complement each other, but it didn't really work. Hay was much better playing alongside The Chief. Cox is better playing with a someone who holds the ball up, Miller is very quick and direct, but one footed and doesn't always get his head up.

Ha, ha, ha. That's brilliant. Really chuffed to see Coxy start to establish himself at West Brom. Sell-ons, this that and the other aside, just pleased to see a talented player do well.
