I think the biggest thing at the moment is to stay as many points above 7th place as possible. 2nd place isn't totally impossible but it's very distant, so being in the play-off spots is the main thing

Fantastic game. The most I have enjoyed a match in a long while.

Charlie Austin and JPM were absolutely superb. LJF had the best game I have seen him play, barely put a stud wrong. Lucas made and unbelievable double  save  in the first half. We'll ignore the two questionable Orient goals. Everybody else was superb.

Even Arriba might have enjoyed this one! Smiley

Anything is possible, but no one is going to catch Leeds.  Norwich or Charlton will probably be in second place, so a play-off place is the realistic target and was at the beginning of the season, when we were being tipped for relegation.

That was a fucking ace game.
I don't want to get too carried away, but Austin is a legend already.

That is the first time i've seen austin and I was really impressed by his hold up and link up play. Then he showed some excellent finishing and now I just can't stop thinking how complete he is as a striker - -especially for such a young player.

I completely agree and Austin deserved his MOTM accolade as well.

I have to say that I thought both full backs were superb today, especially Lescinel.

Sheehan looks like a great player with the potential to do well here too.

I am bloody overjoyed with today!  Played some very good football and if we could play like that more often, top 6 is definitely a possibility.  Also, atmosphere wasn't bad at times either.

Lucas is a hero!

It was the first time I saw Austin too. I said to my brother at half time that he has got something about him and I'm sure he was the real deal.

Game started off with promise but was largely flat until they equalised. Then it became more exciting. Charlie didn't just win us the game, he raised the County Ground atmosphere too.

Whilst I couldn't see for sure from the North Stand, it looked like Lucas fucked up big time on their goals and should haved easily saved them both. To be fair, he did make an excellent save in the 1st half.

Absolutely right. Great game, great performance, great result. And quite a good atmosphere, in the second half anyway. I'll see your "Arriba might have enjoyed this one" and raise you a Reg

Good game of football and we were the better side. We always looked dangerous going forward, in a way I was surprised it took a penalty to get us infront.

I have no idea why the Orient player decided to pull Sheehan back, he was going away from goal.

After Lucas wonder defy the laws of physics save he was also going to let in a dodgy one and he did. Thortons free kick going under him.

After that it was us again, brilliant finish by that man, Charlie Austin. Cross looked like it was going nowhere, but Austin got a boot in, ahead of the defender and directed it goals. Proper strikers goal and exactly what we've been lacking.

Then it was all us and it was only a matter of time before it 3, 4 or even 5. Ball came to Paynter who looked certain to score, good save by the keeper but the fox in the box did it again.

He was well on for a hat trick but Mwankdire decided it would be better to haul him down and get himself sent off.

Again, it looked like the game was there for us to get another couple of goals but Thorton stuck other one, not sure if it was well struck right in the corner or whether Lucas missed it again.

I thought Leyton Orient looked decent and pass it well. They reminded me of us earlier on in the season. The need a finisher

Scrowcroft was gash and that elbow on Big Kev who rolled over 5 times looked like it had a bit of malice in it.

Sheehan looked very good, comfortable on the ball, good passer, good crosser, good free kick taker. Best of all he got through alot of work. When Lescinel over lapped you knew Sheehan would be back at left back right away. Lescinel looked alot better with better support. I know its only one game but filled McNamees hole and then some.

Really happy with that. I'm really starting to believe we have a shot at the top 6 this season but on that note right now I also believe Charlie Austin should be on that plane to South Africa.

.....as Batch has already said even arriba must have enjoyed that one.

First one yes, it looked like he saw it (or reacted to it) late. Not so sure about the second, went in off the inside of the post, looked more like just a good goal to me.
