To open my second bottle of wine of the night, my fourth in five days  BUT i read something in the paper that said scientists reckon people who drink a bottle of wine a day have reduced risk of heart failure!! win win  What else are the great and the good of the TEF getting up to tonight? |

I'm not drinking tonight. I haven't had Friday night beers for ages now because I've been cutting down my alcohol intake. It's working though as I've lost 13lb in 5 weeks. I may partake in a bottle of wine tomorrow night though. |

I've just wrote a hatefully painful dynamic database query and am now about to start a few tournaments of poker seeing as i'm trying to get back into it. (A friend has inspired me to start again as he's just given up work to play full-time. I think that means he's pro?)
I've only consumed Alcohol 5 times this year and am on my first bottle of Pepsi Max and my second fag.

I have three reports to finsish for work but I'm avoiding doing that. Played a bit of guitar, figured out how to configure a portable hard drive to work on my car stereo and about to finish watching the final 3 episodes of Charlie Jade.

Working tomorrow so a quiet night for me putting some music onto Itunes, up over 8,000 songs now. Very annoying when Itunes doesn't recognise the album though having to type in all the stuff!!
