Scary to think it's now over 20 years ago, that we turned over Norwich 2-0 in the tin pot full members cup...10,000 + that freezing Feb night, cracking atmosphere, no need to shut the TE... fucking bands or owt. Norwich had some right cunts in their side....the sainted Culverhouse aside, and were topflight, we also did them in the cup at Carrow Road. The likes of Steve Bruce and Mike Phelan..cocks of the first order....throw in the annoying sweatie Fleck, and it was guffaws all round as Shaun Elliot notched an og...as the Canaries crumbled under incessant pressure from the likes of Chalkie, Bamber and Quinn. I know it's not Obadeyi, Paynter and Revell...  |
