I'd really love to be, but having considered it in the past I don't think I could deal with the hours, mores the pitty.

I'd really love to create something delicious that people pay for.

My one other real ambition is to be a rock star, which is on the cards if I can find a band.  I write lyrics etc, and I can actually sing.  It's unlikely though eh?
