Shows how important Douglass is as well as the lack of cutting edge. We need to ship out Easton and get somebody in a similar mould to Douglass for cover. Upfront looks like it needs a rethink. Paynter should be playing for me ahead of the rest, send revell and hutch back, get rid of peacock and get a couple of others in, i dont care who. Tope should be playing left ahead of mcnamee, who is too much of a luxury (should of taken the money from norwich).

yeah hopefully. it was the result I expected tbh. Was hoping for a draw but nevermind. I didn't listen to the commentary. Why no/very little shots on goal? Are we missing Douglas that much or was there just a lack of urgency? Were we up for this game? |

Agree with most of it, If Timlin isn't the answer, Easton should be given a crack or shipped out. Paynter should be first choice, or ship him out. Get rid of Peacock up front, and let him have acrack in midfield. Tope should not be playing left ahead of Macca, he will be gone soon anyway, so he may as well fuck off. McNamee sets up chances, we just need to balance with more strength in the middle and at left back. JPM should be playing right, purely because he gets crosses in. The whole side needs a rethink, it is patched up with loans and Douglas. |
