awesome; back in the day you could have a pint of milk poured alongside beer, so football years (81/82) on sky one now tells me.

Milk's just about the only thing one of my mates will drink (other than Strongbow, it seems). He has about 6 or 7 pints a day on its own, plus more with cereal.

I kind of miss milk vending machines.....which were about in the late 60's early 70's, the hey day of the outdoor vending machine.

Living on the south coast at the time I had a thorough knowledge of where to find these things......a free range egg vending machine outside a farm is ace.

Automated shoe shine machines were also fun.

I suppose once ethnic open all hours shops kicked in and the rest followed suit.....they became a bit redundant, even if not vadalised.
