A bloke I worked with had to have a testicle removed following a sporting accident. A few people always called him Orinoco after that, I wasn't one of them though as it seemed a bit tactless. Plus I didn't get it until someone explained it to me.

What a joke. I'm guessing the guy who said he saw it is the same poster from that Millwall forum.
